How the Kiam FL-101 keeps drinks hot or cold

A vacuum flask works by leaving almost no air between its inner and outer walls. With nothing in that gap to carry heat, a hot drink loses warmth very slowly and a cold one stays cold. That is why the same flask works for both — the box itself is marked "keep hot & cold". For the best result, rinse the flask with hot water before filling it with tea, or with cold water before filling it with a chilled drink, and keep the lid firmly closed between pours.

Design and everyday use

The stainless steel body is easy to wipe clean and does not rust, and the side handle and pouring lid let you serve without opening the whole top.
