Before buying the Mizuki IND-2 Induction Cooker, know how induction works: a magnetic field heats the pot directly and the cooker surface itself stays cool. The pot base must therefore be magnetic. Hold a fridge magnet against your pan — if it sticks, it works here; if it does not, it will not.

• Switch off and unplug before cleaning or changing any part.

• Stand it on a flat, dry surface with room around it for air.
• Never immerse the motor or electrical body in water — wipe it with a damp cloth only.
• Wash the removable parts right after use so food does not dry onto them.
