Important Usage Instructions

• Do not run the motor continuously beyond its 30 minute rating; give it a rest before starting another long batch.
• Start on the lowest speed and step up, using the incher position in short bursts for thick pastes rather than holding full speed.
• Fill the jar only to its marked level and let hot food cool before grinding, so pressure does not build under the lid.
• Seat the jar properly on the motor base and lock the lid before switching on, and never put fingers or a spoon in while the blade is turning.
• Switch off and unplug before removing a jar or cleaning, and keep the motor base dry — wipe it, never wash it.
