Vision Megaphone MP-02-(Shadin)

The Vision Megaphone MP-02-(Shadin) is a rechargeable handheld megaphone rated at 50 W of power output with an audible range of up to 500 metres. That reach is enough for a school assembly ground, a market announcement, a rally or a large courtyard gathering without setting up a separate PA system.

Four operating modes are built in. Talk carries live speech through the supplied microphone, Record captures a message, Play repeats it and Siren sounds an alert tone. Important Usage Instructions

• Hold the microphone away from the horn while speaking, otherwise the sound loops back and produces a piercing feedback squeal.
• Charge the lithium battery fully before a long programme and recharge it after use rather than storing it flat.
• Keep the volume just below the level where speech starts to distort so words stay clear at a distance.
• Point the horn towards the crowd and slightly above head height for the widest coverage.
• Keep the unit dry, wipe the body with a dry cloth and remove the battery if it will sit unused for a long period.
