How the Rapid Air Circulation Works

Instead of submerging food in oil, a 1400 watt element heats the air inside the chamber and a fan drives it around the basket at speed. The moving hot air crisps every surface at once, so you get the browned outside of deep frying using up to 80% less oil — usually a brushed spoonful rather than a panful. Less oil also means less smoke, no reused frying oil sitting on the counter, and far less to clean up afterwards.

Temperature, Timer and Everyday Use
