The WALTON DYNAMIC Die Cast Milk Pan 18CM-(Induction) WCW-DCMPDI18 is the 18 cm milk pan from the Dynamic Die Cast series. Boiling milk, making tea or coffee, cooking semai and payesh, or reheating a small portion of curry are exactly the jobs this 18 cm size handles well.

The body is die cast aluminium, thicker than an ordinary pressed pan, and that thickness gives uniform heat distribution so milk is far less likely to catch and scorch at the bottom. The inside carries an environment friendly PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free FDA approved ceramic coating, and this Walton Die Cast Milk Pan 18cm is high abrasion resistance cookware that stays easy to clean.

Used as an Induction Milk Pan 18 CM, it works on a gas stove, an induction cooker and an infrared cooker. The durable 4 mm thick tempered glass lid resists high temperature and lets you see whether the milk is rising without lifting the cover. The handle and lid knob are Bakelite with a premium soft touch wooden texture finishing. The pan is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 302°F (150°C).

Important Usage Instructions

• Heat milk on low to medium flame and stir occasionally; the die cast base retains heat well.
• Use wooden, silicone or nylon spoons and keep sharp metal tools off the ceramic coating.
• Let the pan cool on its own before washing instead of putting a hot pan under cold water.
• Keep oven use within 302°F (150°C) and never place the pan under a direct grill flame.
• Wash with a soft sponge and mild dish liquid, dry it fully, and store with a cloth between stacked pans.
