Important Usage Instructions

• Never fill the cooker more than two-thirds of its 4.5 litre capacity, and keep it to half for dal, rice or anything that froths.
• Check that the gasket is seated and the safety valve and pressure releasing valve are clear before every use.
• Lock the lid fully before turning on the heat, and lower the flame once the cooker starts whistling.
• Let the pressure drop on its own before opening the lid; never force the lid or cool the cooker under running water.
• Wash the body and lid by hand, dry the gasket separately, and store the cooker with the lid placed loosely on top.
