Important Usage Instructions

• Place the cooker on a dry, flat surface and keep at least a hand-width of open space around it so heat can escape.
• Use flat-bottomed pans that sit fully on the marked heating circle; a curved or very small base wastes heat.
• Start at a low wattage for milk and gravy, and use the higher settings only for boiling and frying.
• Do not slide heavy pans across the glass or put a hot pan straight onto a cold plate, and never place an empty pan on a running cooker.
• Switch off, unplug and let the glass cool before wiping it with a soft damp cloth; keep water away from the touch panel and vents.
