The interior is coated with German Brand Greblon C3+ non-stick and the exterior with German Brand Greblon HTR. The 3 layer non-stick coating is PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free and FDA approved, so bhuna, stir fried vegetables and biryani come off the surface cleanly with far less oil.
