A stainless steel induction bottom plate is fitted under the base, so the wok heats properly on an induction cooker and still works on an ordinary gas burner. Inside it carries German Brand Greblon C3+ non-stick and outside German Brand Greblon HTR coating.

The 3 layer non-stick coating is PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free and FDA approved, and the food grade aluminum body pushes heat evenly up the sides of the bowl. The thick tempered glass lid keeps steam in while you watch the food, and the bakelite knob and handle resist high temperature without becoming too hot to hold.

Important Usage Instructions

• Cook on low to medium heat, since a large flame licking up the sides wears the coating faster.
• Stir with wooden or silicone utensils and keep sharp metal spoons off the coated surface.
• Let the wok cool down before washing and never pour cold water into a hot pan.
• Wash with a soft sponge and mild dish liquid, not steel wool or scouring powder.
• Keep the tempered glass lid away from direct flame and store the wok fully dry.
