The Walton Wok Pan with Glass Lid Classic (26 cm) is a deep, sloped-wall wok built for the way Bangladeshi curries are actually cooked — long bhuna, constant stirring and a lot of masala moving around. Important Usage Instructions

• Preheat on low to medium flame before adding oil; a dry wok on high heat damages non-stick coating.
• Stir with wooden or silicone spatulas and keep metal forks, knives and steel spoons away from the surface.
• On an induction cooker, centre the wok on the hob and start at a lower power step before raising it.
• Let the pan cool before washing and never plunge a hot glass lid into cold water.
• Dry the pan fully after washing and stack it with a cloth in between to protect the coating.
